Use REX for property tasks

Use REX for property records, maintenance, repairs, systems, tools, home-service contacts, documents, safety awareness, and related project planning. Unrelated general-purpose tasks may be redirected or declined. Relevant follow-up questions are welcome.

Protect people and property

Do not request or supply assistance for unlawful conduct, violence, weapons misuse, exploitation, fraud, harassment, privacy invasion, unauthorized access, or bypassing safety protections. Do not upload known or suspected child sexual abuse material. Do not use REX to automate consequential housing or other high-stakes decisions about people without appropriate human review.

Protect service access

Do not automate abusive traffic, evade quotas, share accounts, probe another user's data, or attempt to override safeguards through messages or uploaded files. Content checks and usage limits apply across AI features. Repeated misuse may result in restricted or suspended access.

Provider policies

AI-assisted use must comply with applicable law and the current policies of the AI providers used by REX, including OpenAI's Usage Policies at https://openai.com/policies/usage-policies/. A content check is a safeguard, not a guarantee that an answer is safe, accurate, or lawful.
