Property information has limits

REX cannot inspect your property or know conditions that have not been supplied. Photos can omit hazards; OCR can misread model numbers, dates, amounts, names, and other details. A confident answer is not proof. Check original documents, manufacturer instructions, applicable local requirements, and qualified professionals.

Hazardous conditions and emergencies

If people or property are in immediate danger, stop using the app and seek appropriate emergency assistance. REX is not an emergency monitoring or dispatch service. Gas, fire, electrical, structural, hazardous-material, and similar risks require appropriate professional assessment. Do not use AI instructions to bypass protective devices, permits, or safety procedures.
