Information processed
REX processes account details, property information, records, uploaded files and photographs, extracted text, Ask conversations, and your selected changes. It also records relevant account activity, legal acceptance, AI usage, and response reports. Hosting, authentication, and storage providers may process technical information such as request times, network addresses, and device or browser information to deliver and secure the service.
How information is used and shared
Information is used to provide account access, store and retrieve records, produce requested AI assistance, apply approved changes, troubleshoot problems, and prevent misuse. REX uses Supabase for authentication and storage/database services, Vercel for hosting, and OpenAI for AI processing. Relevant questions, property context, and images or extracted text may be sent to OpenAI when you use AI features. The operator may access relevant information to support the pilot or investigate a report. This notice does not authorize advertising use or sale of your content.
Submit only what is needed
Do not enter passwords, access codes, payment credentials, government identification numbers, or unrelated sensitive personal information. Avoid including other people's information unless you have authority and it is needed for the property task. Review photographs and documents for unnecessary personal information before uploading.
Retention and deletion requests
Records and activity history are retained to operate and support your account and the pilot. Archiving or deleting an item in the interface may hide it without immediately erasing the underlying record or backup copies. Contact Support@RexHomePro.com to request access, correction, account closure, or deletion. Requests are assessed under applicable law and legitimate security or recordkeeping needs; backup and service-provider retention may differ. The operator will provide the applicable retention details when responding.
Sessions and security
REX uses authentication cookies and browser storage for sign-in and application continuity. Access is scoped to the authenticated account. No service can guarantee absolute security; protect your credentials and sign out on shared devices. Acknowledging this notice is not consent to unrelated marketing or any future optional use of your information.
