Who provides REX
These terms govern your use of REX Home Pro, provided by Rex Pro LLC. Questions about these terms may be directed to Support@RexHomePro.com. Service availability: United States (all 50 states). REX is currently offered for use in the United States only.
Pilot service
REX is a developing service for organizing property information and assisting with property maintenance, equipment, and project planning. Features may change or become unavailable. Keep independent copies of information you need and check that important changes were saved. The pilot does not promise uninterrupted service, an inspection, certification, diagnosis, or a particular outcome.
Account responsibilities
Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts and property records you are authorized to access. Users must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms under applicable law. Do not create an account or use the service if you do not meet these requirements. Notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share another person's private information without appropriate authority.
AI assistance and human review
Artificial intelligence can make mistakes or provide incomplete or outdated information. Verify information and proposed changes before acting. REX does not replace an inspection or advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for your decisions and actions. Do not rely on REX for emergency assistance. Read the AI & Safety Notice before using AI features. Review the source material and each proposed record change. Approval of a proposal is your instruction to apply the selected changes; it is not a professional verification of their accuracy.
Your content
You retain your rights in the material you submit. You authorize the operator and its service providers to process that material as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the reliability of REX, as described in the Privacy Notice. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit it. Do not upload unlawful material, credentials, or unrelated sensitive information.
Acceptable use and allowances
Follow the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. AI and processing allowances apply to the account and may limit requests or temporarily pause processing. Do not circumvent limits, create accounts to evade restrictions, or interfere with the service. Access may be restricted to address misuse, security concerns, or legal obligations.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the pilot service and AI output are provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. You are responsible for independently assessing the suitability of information and for decisions and actions you take. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not authorize unsafe or unlawful work.
Changes and ending participation
You may stop participating at any time and contact Support@RexHomePro.com about account or data requests. Material changes to these terms will be presented for renewed acceptance before further use. The operator may end or change the pilot with notice where reasonably practicable. Applicable law governs any rights or remedies that cannot be modified by agreement.
